Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Where We Ship

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on every order.

 

Delivery Times

• United States: free standard shipping, estimated delivery 5-7 business days.
• Canada: free standard shipping. Delivery can take a few extra days compared to the US.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@myvortis.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.
