Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (US): Free on all orders. Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days.
• - Expedited Shipping (US): $9.99. Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days.
• - International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@zanelya.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
