Shipping. Free shipping to the US and Canada on every order. Ships within 24 to 48 hours from our fulfillment center. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days in the US. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

60-Day Ride-It Guarantee. Ride the AirRide on real roads, gravel or your trainer for 60 days. Mud and scratches are welcome. If it doesn't hold its promise, email support@myvortis.com within 60 days of delivery. We send you the return instructions, you ship the saddle back (used is fine, no repackaging required), and we refund every dollar within 5 to 7 business days of receiving it.

Wrong width? Within the 60 days, email us and we'll swap your saddle for the other width, return label and reshipping on us.

Where we ship. We currently ship to all 50 US states and to Canada.
